In USA we had only one chance to buy a Honda SH150i, way back in 2010. It was sold in North America just that single year. As a result, there's almost no information (when I google) that retroactively pertains specifically to our very old single-year (2010) model. And google provides search results based on region, so here we're mostly limited to viewing the tiny pool of videos that were made in USA or Canada regarding the old 2010 model. A couple years ago I found one that had been stored for 10+ years in a garage, with just 1K miles on it. And it's beautiful still. It's at about 2.5K now. I'm always looking for answers like the best possible motor oil and gear oil for my old 2010 model. I've still never found a web conversation that directly addressees that. The closest match is always a conversation about a different bike. (ADV or PCX, and a way newer model than 2010) ...because this scooter is virtually unknown here. I took mine to the Honda dealership before I hit the road with it the very first time (new tires, oil change, checked everything), and while scheduling the appointment over the phone the young staff was unaware this model of Honda scooter even exists. They had to look it up in their official book to make sure it was real. And they were like "I'll be damned. It really does exist!", on the phone with me. I ended up buying Honda HP4M Oil 10W30 for my next change since it's the only one mentioned by name in the old Honda manual from 2010. I suspect there's a purely synthetic option from some brand (Mobile? Motul? Valvoline?) that's even better. The old 2010 Honda manual seems to call for 75W90 conventional gear oil, where I suspect by now there is a purely synthetic alternative that would be a better recommendation. Excellent video, BTW including torque wrench settings and everything. Also BTW, our newest (2024) PCX and ADV still have rear drum brakes, and the rest of the world seems to have disc brakes on those models by now.

My favorite of all available exhausts, will be mounting it to an Arrow exhaust header (cat delete). Being in California, I have to order it through Bellissimoto in Las Vegas which is the only HP Corse retailer in the states. $750 + 8.5% tax = $814.00 4-6 weeks as not in stock.

@Ideal Bike: did you already know that the power specs for the SH150i are as followed: 12,4 kW and 16,9 HP? Really a level up compared to the 8,4 kW of the SH mode 125 👍🏻😁 You should notice a difference in acceleration and topspeed after the first 1000 km service is completed 😀 about 4 kW more power that you have now. I was consider to buy Sh 125i but i Poland it cost about 3600 euro. On Friday a bought Yamaha Ray zr 125 for 2200euro. And I am suprised because IT is hybrid and engin is going difrent way. I had a lot of scooters pcx Kymco symfony Suzuki sixtteen . If You will have a chance try to ride Yamaha Ray zr
